Being a teen is hard. There is so much going on in your life that you are trying to adjust to. Your hormones are doing all kinds of weird things, you don't have control over what you want to do and people at school can be really mean.
On top of that if you have a chronic illness or are a competitive athlete, are questioning your sexuality, have a difficult family situation, or have been through trauma, for example, then that is just more stress to try and manage. It is understandable that you might be feeling overwhelmed. Everyone needs help sometimes and that is okay.
What To Expect
Your first session will involve an initial assessment of your well being as well as an intake of your personal history and background. Subsequent therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and are unique to each individual's treatment plan. Get in touch with me to book your first session here.
