1 - 45 minute session is $170

Couples:

1 - 90 minute session is $340

Do you ever feel like you’re supposed to have it all figured out by now – but instead, you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin?

Many people come to therapy feeling like they’re already behind, uncertain if it will help, or worried that they need to be ten steps ahead. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we take things one step at a time – at your pace. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, relationship struggles, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner, my goal is to meet you where you are. I work with individuals and couples using a holistic and individualized approach that honours your unique story, needs, and goals.

For couples, I specialize in supporting those facing attachment and communication challenges. Together, we explore not only what’s happening between you but also where each of you comes from – your past experiences and patterns that shape how you connect and communicate. Through this deeper understanding, I help couples develop empathy for themselves and each other, while providing practical tools to build healthier communication, stronger bonds, and greater emotional safety.

In all my work, I integrate evidence-based modalities with a mind-body approach, helping clients build both insight and practical skills for healing. This includes working with thoughts, emotions, and the body – supporting regulation, presence, and a deeper connection to self and others.
