Have you ever felt like you're speaking two different languages? You're having the same arguments, over and over, with no resolution. Do you feel a persistent sense of being stuck or hopeless? Perhaps you're carrying the weight of anxiety, self-doubt, or the challenges of a chronic illness.

For a lot of people, these conflicts create a silent, painful wall that can leave you feeling lonely and disconnected. These feelings are often rooted in emotional patterns and old coping strategies you developed to survive. We can work together to understand their purpose and gently reshape them so they no longer hold you back.

I believe therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all solution, which is why I use an integrated and holistic approach tailored to your unique needs. For couples, I use principles from the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Sex Therapy to help you tear down that wall. We'll focus on what makes relationships last: building a stronger foundation of friendship, learning to manage conflict in a healthy way, and rediscovering the intimacy that brought you together. For individuals, I'll provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space to explore what's holding you back. My goal is to help you feel seen and heard and to collaboratively find new ways of moving forward so you can begin to feel like your old self again.

My aim is to help you and your partner shift from a place of conflict and distance to one of mutual understanding and renewed connection. For individuals, I want you to move from hopelessness to a sense of empowerment, equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and clarity.

"Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.”
—Brené Brown
