Sex Therapy

You struggle to talk openly about sex and intimacy. Maybe you worry about judgment from your partner or worry that the thoughts you have aren't "normal." You aren't sure what it is but you just don't feel comfortable in your body. You want to understand yourself better in hopes that things will improve. You might feel a bit alone and stuck but want things to improve.
