Are you feeling burnt out and stressed with work? Do you have a hard time relaxing at the end of your day? Have you noticed that you are overly critical of yourself or doubt your own thoughts and feelings? Does it sometimes feel like things are out of control?

Whether you want to learn some new skills or have a safe space to talk, I’d be happy to support you.

Hi, I'm Sondra and I am here to help. I am currently a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and am completing the practicum portion of my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Degree. I previously worked in the filed of social services, providing counselling, community services, and social support, and I have spent many years working with individuals, couples and families facing various challenges.

I approach therapy from a holistic, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens. I apply a person-centred approach while using elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness. I truly believe in providing compassionate and adaptable care depending on your specific needs and desired outcome.

Types of Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), DBT, Culturally Sensitive, Compassion Focused, Solution- Focused, Strength-Based, Attachment-Based,  Trauma-Focused
