You’re successful, responsible, the one others lean on. You’re used to holding it all together. But lately, it feels like just getting through the day takes more energy than it should.

You’ve tried to explain what’s going on, maybe more than once. You’ve filled out self-assessments, read the articles, or even talked to someone before, yet still left feeling like your experience didn’t quite land. Over time, that can make you question your own reactions or wonder if you’re asking for too much.

You’re not looking for someone to fix you or talk over you. You’re looking for someone who will slow down and truly listen. Someone who understands that being insightful or “high-functioning” doesn’t mean you’re not struggling.

You may find yourself feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or simply exhausted from carrying so much internally while still trying to make yourself understood. Part of you senses that something needs to shift—you just want the space to sort through it with someone who genuinely gets it.

Hi, I’m Teodora, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. As a psychotherapist in training, I approach each person’s story with curiosity and respect for the ways culture, identity, and lived experience shape wellbeing. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, reflective listening, and a strength-based perspective to support insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Together, we’ll slow things down and explore the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and move through the world. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about creating space to understand what you’ve been carrying and discovering new ways to move forward. If you’ve sought support before but left feeling dismissed or misunderstood, our work will centre your voice and your lived experience.

My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities, bodies, neurotypes, and lived experiences. You don’t have to shrink or explain away parts of yourself here. This work is about reconnecting with your own inner clarity and moving forward with greater ease, self-trust, and alignment with who you are.

More Than Just My Work

I value the same grounding or self-care practices I often encourage in therapy. This can be gentle movements, time outdoors, a creative outlet like colouring, slowing down with cats, and a good book!

Types of Therapy

Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, trauma-informed approach, Strength-Based, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
