We are excited to have Heather on our team while she completes her practicum placement. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and is seeing clients virtually.
Heather is passionate about empowering people to live fulfilling and purpose-filled lives. She provides a safe and accepting space in which to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours impacting your life, while sharing skills and tools to help navigate these difficult times.
Heather practices from a strengths-based, client-centred approach and firmly believes change is possible. She can help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and attachment injuries.
Heather works with children 10+, adolescents and adults. She is offering affordable therapy and her practice is supervised by Kennedy McLean.

Heather's Fees:
Individuals:
1 - 45 minute session is $120.00 (including HST)
A sliding scale is available.
